Kofi has spent the better part of his career  working in various capacities within the Social Services Industry in organizations that provide programs and services to help those with intellectual/developmental, and other disabilities live the most fulfilling lives possible.. In his most recent role he served as a Director of Operations upholding the Program Integrity Standards in a Company Employing over 400 people and serving over 80 members throughout Southern Maine. In his role, he collaborated with the Executive team on any coordination, implementation, or execution of data tracking requirements needed to ensure full alignment with State and Federal regulations. Kofi was also responsible for reviewing and filing all Agency reportable events with the State and played a pivotal role in Agency Quality Assurance efforts. 

Kofi’s sweet spot in business is Managing Agency Resources including financial Resources and the most vital asset in any business- the employees. He Employs innovative technology with a user friendly focus to enhance accuracy in daily operations and giving organizations the foundation to grow with the proper systems in place. His approach for solving some of the more complex problems within this industry bridges three concepts… people, processes and technology- streamlining where possible to create solutions to withstand the test of time.

Kofi’s educational background includes an MBA, MS in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BSc. Administration from University of Ghana.

When Kofi is not busy making a difference in people’s lives and helping to steer the direction of area Social Service Agencies, guided by the principles of respect for the individual, inclusiveness, and self-empowerment, he serves as an electrifying dance DJ under the name DJ K-Flyy. Kofi’s always believed that having a wide range of outside interests leads to a balanced life and makes for a better career.
